Subscription Fees Terms and Conditions:

1. Subscription Fees:

• The subscription fees for The Cheer Lab are to be paid on a monthly basis in advance.

• The subscription fee amount is £30 per class - reviewed every September

• Payment is via subscription only (unless camps or block booking terms)

2. 28-Day Notice for Cancellation:

• To cancel your subscription, a 28-day notice period is required.

• Cancellations must be communicated via email to info@thecheerlab.co.uk

• Any cancellations made within the 28-day notice period will result in subscription fees being charged for the following month.

3. Bounced Payments:

• In the event of a bounced payment, an administration fee of £15 will be charged.

• Bounced payments will be automatically attempted again twice on or around 5th and 9th of the month. Any further bounced payments must be rectified by 10th to avoid suspension of services. This is to be done via BACS with the £15 additional fee.

4. Refunds:

• Subscription fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

• The Cheer Lab reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to subscribers via email.
